A four week pole fitness course that is suitable for anyone who is brand new to Pole Fitness. No experience needed and no base level of fitness required. THURSDAYS 6pm-7pm & SUNDAYS 4-5pm. Once you have clicked 'book now' you will be taken to a calendar where you can choose your start date. Once you have chosen your start date you will be AUTOMATICALLY booked in for 4 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, same time, same place, same day for 4 weeks.
Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy: Postponements of the ENTIRE COURSE must be made 48 hours BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS OF THE COURSE BEGINS. We do not offer refunds or cancelations, however we understand things change. So if you wish to postpone your booking please email email@example.com If you are unable to attend a class during your 4 week course there is NO GUARANTEE we will be able to change, exchange or swap your class for another and you may loose that session. There are NO REFUNDS for any missed classes. If you are late and miss the warm up you will not be allowed to participate.
