A guide to our classes


Every course runs for 4 consecutive weeks. You can book via the homepage by clicking 'book now' under the level you wish to join. You will then be taken to a calendar where you can choose your start date. Once you have booked your start date you are AUTOMATICALLY booked in for a 1hr class every week for 4 consecutive weeks from that start date, same time, same place, same day for 4 weeks. The full 4 week course costs £70. we do not do drop ins or taster sessions.

If you have never done Pole Fitness before, our 4 WEEK TOTAL BEGINNERS COURSE will set you up perfectly. No previous experience needed and no base level of fitness or dance required. Total Beginners courses run on, THURSDAYS 6-7pm & SUNDAYS 4-5pm 

When you have completed our Total Beginner courses, or if you have previous pole experience, you are ready for our IMPROVERS COURSE which runs on TUESDAYS 6-7pm, THURSDAYS 8:30-9:30pm & SUNDAYS 5-6pm.

Once you have learnt basic inversions and can comfortably get to the top of the pole you are ready for INTERMEDIATES which runs TUESDAYS 7:15-8:15pm & SATURDAYS 3:15-4:15pm.

For experienced polers who are confident with leg hands, aerial inverts and shoulder mounts, the progressive challenges in our 4 WEEK ADVANCED COURSE are for you. The course runs for 4 consecutive TUESDAYS 8:30-9:30pm, Thursday 7:15-8:15pm & SATURDAYS 2-3pm.
