What course should I book?

If you have never done pole before then Total Beginners is perfect for you. Once you have completed your Total Beginners course you can move up to Improvers. If you can invert (go upside down) and do multiple climbs then Intermediate. If you are confident with all of the above as well as leg hangs and shoulder mounts then Advanced.

How our courses work?

Upon booking a course you will select a start date. Once you have paid you are automatically booked in for 4 CONSECUTIVE weeks, same time, same place, same day for 4 weeks. That's 4 hours, once a week for 4 weeks. The £70 cost is for ALL 4 WEEKS.

It's my first ever pole class, what do I need to know?

Come to class with an open mind, and be prepared to WORK! Wear a sports bra/top and some shorts (either running/yoga/active-wear style ones, not denim). Bring a small towel or cloth to wipe the pole and your hands, you might get a bit sweaty. NO MOISTURISER the day of class, nothing on your hands or body at all as it makes the poles slippery which can be very dangerous.

How many people are in each class?

We have 9 poles and we allow up to 2 per pole.

Where are you based?

We are in the 'De Silva MAC' down Spring Bridge Mews. You can search 'The Ealing Pole Studio' on Google Maps.

Below is a link to an Instagram post where I walk you from Ealing Highstreet into the studio
