This course is suitable for anyone who has completed the Total Beginners course. We will build on the skill learnt in your first course working on things like; 1 arm spins, multiple climbs and sits up the pole. TUESDAYS 6pm-7pm, THURSDAYS 8:30-9:30pm & SUNDAYS 5-6pm.
Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy: Postponements of the ENTIRE COURSE must be made 48 hours BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS OF THE COURSE BEGINS. We do not offer refunds or cancelations, however we understand things change. So if you wish to postpone your booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org If you are unable to attend a class during your 4 week course there is NO GUARANTEE we will be able to change, exchange or swap your class for another and you may loose that session. There are NO REFUNDS for any missed classes. If you are late and miss the warm up you will not be allowed to participate.
