A guide to our classes
Every course runs for 4 consecutive weeks. Once you have booked your start date you are atomatically booked in for a 1hr class every week for 4 weeks from that start date.
If you have never done Pole Fitness before, our 4 WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE will set you up perfectly, giving you the skills and confidence to progress. Beginner classes run for 4 consecutive weeks, choose from SATURDAYS 2-3pm or THURSDAYS 8:30-9:30pm.
When you have conquered our Beginner courses, or if you have previous pole experience, you are ready for our 4 INTERMEDIATE COURSE which runs on THURSDAYS 7:15-8:15pm or TUESDAY 8:15-9:15pm. We also have a GENERAL LEVEL COURSE on SATURDAYS 3:15-4:15pm for those who have progressed past Beginner but wish to do weekend classes.
For experienced polers who are confident with inverts, climbs and spins, the progressive challenges in our 4 WEEK ADVANCED COURSE are for you. The course runs for 4 consecutive TUESDAYS 7-8pm.
All 4 week courses cost £66.
